Joaquín Arias is an investment and asset management professional with experience supporting financial and operational decision making across multifamily real estate investments. He has worked closely with ownership and operating partners to evaluate performance, allocate capital, and drive value creation across Class A multifamily assets in the United States.
Prior to joining Bayshore Investment Partners and Martell Capital Partners, Joaquín worked at HASTA Capital, where he supported the asset management of a multifamily portfolio across Texas and Florida totaling approximately 2,600 units. His responsibilities spanned portfolio level performance oversight, budgeting and forecasting, coordination with third party property management teams, and capital allocation initiatives aimed at maximizing net operating income. During his tenure, he contributed to three multifamily acquisitions and supported the execution of multi million dollar capital expenditure programs, including renovations and asset upgrades.
Earlier in his career, Joaquín worked as a civil and structural engineer, managing and coordinating projects across San Francisco, California. This technical background informs his approach to asset management, particularly in capital planning and execution oversight.
Joaquín holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The George Washington University.
