Jose Tello, Principal and founder of Bayshore Investment Partners (BIP), has over twelve years of experience in multifamily and industrial real estate, overseeing +$400M in acquisitions and +550M in transactions. 

Mr. Tello co-founded Martell Capital Partners (MCP) in 2022, investing in 18 companies across various industries globally, partnering with over 20 search funds (as of Q2 2024) and serving on the board of 4 operating companies. Additionally, he is a partner at ReadySpaces, expanding co-working industrial spaces across the United States and Canada.

Jose serves on the board of Metrofraternidad Foundation, Ecuador's largest private medical system shareholder, and has helped treat over 140,000 patients from impoverished backgrounds. He is also a regular guest speaker at IMN’s Annual Southeast Middle Market Multifamily Conferences and is involved with the YNG YPO Ecuador chapter. Jose holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics and Entrepreneurship from Bentley University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
