Mr. Prosperi is the co-founder and Managing Partner at Martell Capital Partners (MCP), founded in 2022 to focus on lower middle market private equity and search fund investments. Under his leadership, MCP has grown significantly, investing in 18 companies across various industries and partnering with over 20 search funds by Q2 2024. He serves on the board of directors for two MCP portfolio companies, providing essential leadership and governance.

Mr. Prosperi is also a strategic partner at ReadySpaces, a co-working industrial platform, where he has helped expand to 37 locations across the U.S. and Canada. With over fourteen years of experience in wealth management and private equity, including positions at Citi Private Bank and Merrill Lynch, he brings extensive expertise to MCP and its portfolio companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley University, supporting his strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
